Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years require 4 night minimums;
Other Holidays and School Vacations require 3 night minimums;
Weekends require 2 night minimums
Summer weeks rent from Sat to Sat – 7 night minimum (except when there are open days between bookings)
Check-in is 4pm, Check-out is 10am.
A deposit of 50% of your rental fee will secure your reservation. Personal checks accepted.
Cancellation policy: Full refunds (minus $100 cancellation fee) will be given up to 60 days before arrival. After that, refund will be based on how many days can be re-rented.
